  Reserved a 26’ truck and trailer w/ hand-dolly a week in advance. Had two automated calls AND spoke with Andrew to confirm my order and that it was READY to pick up. I also requested to pick up the car dolly at a later date. When I arrive at Home Depot, the tools rental clerk who was more than helpful informed me that the trucks “check engine” light is on and water in the gas tank. He also said they didn’t have a hand dolly available… after a phone call with Penske, they agree to send a truck to my house and I ask the Home Depot clerk if I am able to come and get the car dolly still. He says yes. The Penske truck shows up with the car dolly attached… Rent from somewhere else…

  The folks at Penske Truck rental in the Home Depot in Georgetown, TX, is very knowledgeable. And a heck a lot cheaper than U-Haul! We will get our truck next week. I'll come back to give that review. Update: yes we would rent from them again, they made it very easy. The staff was great & funny. They enjoy their work. Great customer service. Had a small issue with driver window while in Santa Fe, NM, Penske had someone there at our hotel within 90 minutes. Penske was superb to work with on the phone.
