John was very professional and communicative throughout the entire process. He clearly explained the truck details and pricing, and I appreciated how straightforward everything was—no hidden fees or unnecessary hassle. I’ve had stressful vehicle-buying experiences in the past, but this one was smooth and honest.   I had the pleasure of working with Kait Puckett yesterday and today after an unfortunate situation — my wife hit debris in the road while driving my Lincoln Nautilus, which resulted in tire and rim damage. From start to finish, Kait was exceptional. I’ve worked with several of your service managers over time, and they’ve all been good and easy to work with — but Kait truly stands out. Her professionalism, positive demeanor, and ability to take control of the situation immediately turned a frustrating experience into a seamless one.   I called and asked for numbers and expected to hear numbers plus add ons and other fees…… nope not even close, Doc immediately sent the out the door numbers for the very competitively priced truck (tried shopping the numbers and closest anyone got was 4 grand over). I put down my deposit and drove up. I drive Fords for work and told Doc I did but he still wanted to be very sure I understood the vehicle and helped me set up everything. In finance I expected 30 minutes of talking about extended warranties and why I needed one but I got asked once, declined getting one and Dillon (maybe Dylan, sorry) said okay and we finished signing everything in under 20 minutes. By far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had and still feel good about it days afterwards.

  We purchased a vehicle from this dealership on January 14, 2026, and picked it up on January 15. On January 18 — just days after pickup — the engine warning light came on and the vehicle suddenly lost power while driving, forcing us to pull over on the road. For a newly purchased vehicle, this was both alarming and unsafe. We immediately arranged to have the vehicle towed and contacted our sales representative, Troy. We clearly stated that we wanted to exchange the vehicle under Ford’s 14-day exchange policy. Troy informed us that the dealership first needed to inspect the vehicle to determine the cause of the issue. He stated that if the problem was caused by us (human error), it would not qualify for exchange. However, if it was a defect related to the vehicle itself, we would wait for the inspection results and then discuss exchanging the vehicle. We agreed to allow the dealership to inspect the car. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer, and we followed up every two days asking for updates. Each time, we were told to wait as the inspection was still in progress. On February 13, we were informed that the issue had been repaired and was “not major.” When we again requested an exchange, we were told that the 14-day period had already passed and that we were no longer eligible. We were instead offered a trade-in option. From the date of purchase until now, the vehicle has been in our possession for only two days. The remainder of the time it has been in the dealership’s possession for inspection and repair. We requested the exchange within the 14-day window. The delay beyond that period was due to the dealership’s inspection process. Using that delay as the reason to deny the exchange feels unfair and inconsistent with the intent of a customer protection policy. We hope future customers carefully consider how post-sale issues are handled here.
