  My mother in law provided me with Cowboys number, picked up first time I called. Talk about a smooth talker and smooth transaction. Cowboy asked what I needed, told him Maxwell Ford stated I had a windshield recall. Maxwell Ford said I was out of their radius.....so they couldn't do anything for me(Take notes Maxwell). Cowboy said...oh that recall...I'll send someone out to you TODAY. Abel showed up, done in 3 minutes, mine passed the recall. Abel even told me about some exciting services they will be rolling out soon. He was super friendly and had an actual conversation with me. FAVORITE NEW SERVICE CENTER. Thanks for the OUTSTANDING, WONDERFUL, AMAZING, and PHENOMENAL service today. Why can't other places make it that easy. Cowboy and Abel-Thank you!   I drove all the way from Oklahoma City to buy my 2025 Ford F-150 Lightning from Mac Haik Ford in Georgetown, and it was worth every mile. Matthew Hudson was outstanding—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely great to work with. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The dealership team was friendly and efficient, and the financing process was surprisingly painless. And the best part? Once you’re done, you get to ring a big celebratory bell—I’m pretty sure my ring could be heard back in Oklahoma! Absolutely love my new Lightning, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.   If only zero stars were an option I’m writing this as a disappointed customer of a pre owned ford from Mac Haik in Georgetown. Will sell you a lemon and leave you stranded, and then charge you for a rental. Dylan Delgado and Chris the manager are con men and will make tons of promises they will not keep. Their “service” department is a joke. Will keep your car for weeks and not fix a darn thing and have the nerve to give it back like they did!

  STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. You will regret it. Moved from out of state went to test drive a ford ranger didn’t really like it it had transmission issues, was gonna go get a Toyota instead but was talked into the ford contingent on them putting a new transmission into it. They had it for a week screwed it up gave it back to me for a day and messed the flywheel up bc something wasn’t torqued properly and made an awful rattle, had it back for another 2 weeks and then tried to charge me for a rental! While keeping my trade in and the new ford and leaving me vehicle-less for almost a month. Do yourself a favor and run don’t walk away to any other ford dealer. Kobe at the rental counter is specifically rude and difficult, in between puffs of his vape he couldn’t be bothered to help a customer. Dylan Delgado my “salesman” specifically avoided me for over 3 days when I asked for a rental vehicle, promised countless times to fix things that the service department AND the manager both acted like they never got the message bc again they had my truck for a week and did no service at all to it. Customer service does not exist here. Neither does vehicle service apparently either.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Beware of This Service Department I’ve taken my 2023 Lincoln Black Label to Mac Haik Lincoln three times, and every visit has been a nightmare. •   1st visit: simple oil change took 3 hours, they forgot to reset the service reminder, and didn’t even wash the car (which is supposed to be standard). •   2nd visit: gave them a full list of issues, waited 4 hours, and nothing was fixed. I had to leave with zero progress. •   3rd visit (today): here since 9 a.m., they installed the wrong shock, told me they can’t fix any electrical issues (outlets and rear seat controls) until March, and ignored the recall I specifically mentioned. Then they tried to upsell me a $300 brake fluid flush, even though the real problem was a brake leak that should have been addressed under service. This dealership shows no respect for customers’ time, no attention to detail, and no accountability. For a Lincoln Black Label, this is completely unacceptable. I’m done giving them chances—take your business elsewhere.
