After collision repair to a 2025 F150 went to service because active cruise control was not operating. Also wanted to ensure the collision avoidance feature was properly set. I am certain a good effort was made attempting this work. While in the shop updates were timely and professional. Used the navigation system driving to the service center. Was told that during the attempted repair the map display failed to load. I picked up the vehicle after being told the active cruise control was working and additional work on the navigation would need to be done later because a computer part would most likely have to be ordered. While at the dealership I worked through the navigation system settings. The screen display loaded and performed perfectly during the drive home. The active cruise control failed 100%. I was charged $500. I have a scheduled appointment Monday morning. Bummer. Met with service pros. While having trouble shooting preformed I learned a great deal. The navigation needs a computer part as originally diagnosed. As i now understand it Android Auto is able to function without this part. Because I always used Android Auto I thought navigation wasn't a problem. When the part is installed the predictive cruise control will operate. Android Auto doesn't support predictive speed control. The people here are honest, skilled, helpful and personable. Just much going on with a new vehicle. When buying a supercar, like a Bugatti, there is a driving school for learning about how to handle the vehicle. I should find a Ford Truck School...

First place I brought my 2010 Ford Focus SES into when I got to Texas. They've been taking care of her all this time. Just this year she got a sister: a 2026 Escape Premium PHEV. Will definitely return when I need wheels in the future but I'm sure the Escape will make its way back for service. Everyone's friendly and refreshments are free if you decide to wait. Worried about wait times? Schedule in advance and drop off or if time isn't a factor just leave it with them and they'll phone you when it's ready. Wouldn't take my car anywhere but a Quick Lane and coming to visit the friendly staff adds to the charm.

THESE GUYS ARE BIG SCAMMERS – AVOID AT ALL TIMES I took my Mach-1 to Mac Hack to replace a broken side mirror. Before going there, I called and explicitly confirmed that they had the required parts in stock. Based on that confirmation, I drove to the shop and left my car with them. Once I arrived, everything changed. They made me wait over two hours, then told me the parts were not available. After that, they claimed the parts were coming from Houston. I said I was okay leaving the car and followed up multiple times. Eventually, they confirmed that the vehicle was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was shocked to find that only the mirror glass was installed. The side mirror cover was completely missing. The job was unfinished and unacceptable. I told them I could not keep the car in that condition and brought it home. Later, the manager called with no remorse, no accountability, and no solution. In the end, the issue was not fixed at all. This experience involved false confirmations, wasted time, misleading information, and zero professionalism.

My wife and I recently took delivery of a new Bronco from Mac Haik Ford in Georgetown. The entire experience was straightforward and a positive. From our initial visit to test drive with Jeremiah all the way through the financial aspects with Gustavo, we found the team to be authentic, transparent and about completing a deal we were happy with to be their first priority. Jason was also helpful related to evaluating accessories and getting our adds installed prior to delivery. It was a big ask on New Year’s Eve, but like the rest of the team he came thru. No matter your previous car buying experiences, I’d recommend stopping by if you’re in the market.
