I want to highlight this experience in particular though and give a HUGE shout out to STEVEN. He took really good care of me. I was having an issue with my battery and he got it resolved urgently. He went above and beyond, responded quickly, escalated to his superiors and advocated on my behalf. To top it off, he even performed the service and got me in and out quickly. Even though I’m moving, I will continue to come here as long as Steven is here because I know he’s going to offer incredible service to me as th customer but also to my vehicle!

They told me to come back in 2 weeks for the inspection. Went back on 10-17-25. Told me they could do the inspection. 10 minutes later was told the system was down and they couldn’t do the inspection. Told me to come back in a day or 2. Went back on 10-20 and 10-21, no inspector on duty sign was up. Went back on 10-22, told me to get in line for the inspection. Came back and told me the inspector was going to lunch and I would have to come back later. I’ve been to this location over the years for oil changes but I’ll never return. Get in business or get out!
