  Great friendly staff! A+ experience, will continue to rent from this location until the future. I had no idea the store was closing at 6pm on a Friday night. Was dealing with some traffic and thought the store closed at 7 PM. My pick up time was scheduled for 5:30 PM and when I realized the store closed at 6 PM, I didn’t call the store at 5:55pm Saying that I could get there in the next 10 minutes, even though I knew the store was closing. I was accommodated and was told that if I can get there by 6:10 Someone would be able to help. I arrived at 6:04 PM and not only was I helped, I was also greeted respectfully even though they were closed And didn’t feel rushed when trying to check out the car. One of the best experiences I’ve had! Very glad to be able to call this to my local enterprise, and know the they have excellent Customer Service! 5 stars!!!!

  Car had issue transmission slipping. Hard to reach anyone for road repair just sorry

  My experience at my local Georgetown, TX Enterprise Rental was GREAT! The ease of using the app to secure my reservation and pre-checking in was GREAT! When I walked through the door (pick up and drop off), I was kindly greeted and my entire in-person exchange was WONDERFUL! Employees were seemingly happy to be there - to help (happy in general!), polite, patient, thorough, kind and respectful. It was an experience not many companies provide these days! THANK YOU for employing professionals who appreciate the customer (not treat a person as a consumer or as if the person walking into the establishment hasn’t anywhere else to rent a vehicle). Totally happy with my Enterprise personnel experience, the vehicle I rented, and price!!

  Rented a car for a long weekend. When returning the car, the agent checking it in, used a tool to inspect the hood. Never seen that before. He said the car had hail damage. Not only did it not hail during the rental period, it didn't even rain! They tried to turn in a claim to insurance and were denied thankfully. What shysters! Particularly disturbing to treat a member of the military this way. On a previous rental, I was rented a car with tags that had expired months prior, which means the vehicle hadn't been inspected for road-worthiness.
