Ive been in the industry for a long time and this is the most ridiculous lie. Thats the whole way they operate as supply houses. Told me i would have to go order it online. This manager is an old angry lady who has an agenda to flat out lie to people, not even sure why. Told me only way to get a odyssey battery is to purchase it online. Went to another location and had them source one from a different location autozone. Sad i had to waste my time and be given a hard time, traveling to a better location to get service.
