Jose Martinez has taken care of all of our cars for many years. We are very grateful to Jose as we can trust him as if he were a family member. The Technician was Charles Sterrett. Additionally, Auto-Spec has taken care of our 1993 Integra GS-R automobile, which falls into the category as an antique. The entire business is 100% trustworthy! Finally, Mr. Bob will take you home and pick you up when the work is done on your car. Finally, they have a most comfortable environment with great coffee and comfortable places to sit with other very nice customers as yourself. Buddy B.

- MHMatt HeinOct 30, 20255.0My 2013 Ford F-150 battery was draining overnight. It runs great after a jump start but I took it to Auto Spec to have them try to resolve the issue. They analyzed the various electrical components on the truck, determined a suspect component, but couldn't absolutely say it was the cause of the issue. Most repair shops would have changed the component guessing/hoping that it would fix the issue. Auto Spec recommended to not change it since they were not 100% sure it would solve the problem. I respect that and greatly appreciate their honesty and straightforward recommendation. Will use them again in the future.
- DSDanielle SenderOct 24, 20254.0Had an oil change on my Mercedes. Good job and like having an appointment where I can wait for it to be done. Good explanation of what was done and fair price. However the oil change caused a pop up warning about the oil change plus they could not reset the original message telling me I needed to change the oil. So now I have 2 messages every time I turn on the car! I was told they did not have the ability to reset this on the 2025 car so I would have to go to the dealer. That was the point of going to Auto Spec. I wanted to avoid the dealer. Also for some reason my personal settings like seat setting would not work. So I got home pretty upset but luckily my husband was able to fix it all in about 30 minutes watching YouTube videos. Just wish I had known about their limitations before I went.
