  I went to this location today (Friday May 8, 2026 around 2:30pm) to pick up my curbside order I had placed on the app. I let them know I was there, where I was parked, make and color of my vehicle and I sat there for 7 minutes before I called in the store to let them know I had been sitting there for 7 minutes and if he could please bring my order to me. He was making all kinds of excuses saying that they don't bring orders out that when people order they usually walk in and get their order. Unfortunately I wasn't able to do so, so I asked him if he could bring it out to me? The next thing I know, I heard him slamming the phone down hanging up on me. He did bring my order out, not in the most friendly way. I told him that the app offers curbside service if they don't offer curbside service then they should not have the option on the APP. He had no sympathy or empathy even after telling him for the 2nd time that unfortunately I could not walk in there and get my order due to I broke 3 toes in multiple places and he still had poor customer service. He's a young black guy and his name starts with a (Z), not a common name so I could not tell you how to pronounce it. Customer service lacking 1000% with this young man🤦🤦🤦 if you're reading this and you're the one that brought my pretzel with cheese and butter garlic out to me, DO BETTER!!!

  DO NOT GET COFFEE HERE!! I was using the hot coffee machine and I noticed kind of a lot of gnats flying around, which is gross but not too unusual since they have the fresh tea.. but while I was waiting for my coffee to start pouring out a roach crawled out of the coffee machine!!!! I asked the employee if they have a company that comes out and cleans their coffee machines regularly? He said no?!?! I told him I saw a roach, and he said that they've been out about six times to spray.. THEN WHY ARE YOU STILL SELLING ROACH INFESTED COFFEE?? Maybe clean the machines and you won't have that problem... I am so disgusted. After the roach, I really looked around and saw so many bugs! In the picture you can see them above the coffee machines and you can see how dirty the area is, where the coffee pours out. They're probably crawling all over the coffee cups and the area where the coffee comes out of the machine. Roaches carry germs and make people sick. Someone should report you to the health department.

  I stop at QuikTrip often while working in the field, and I can confidently say their service is consistently excellent.
