After, I found out the broken gear. I called the emergency entrepris number, they told me to call 911. I called 911. They told me to call Entreprise to report car issues. I was waiting for almost 4 hours for the towing truck after many calls to Entreprise. The towing guy was very nice, but the customer service was extremely bad and worse experience. Anyway, next day I drove to the rental place and asked for my reimbursement money for gas and all my charge to be back . They said they will send me a gas check to my address, but since then they never gave me my money. Today, I went back after several times going back, a guy name Ryan tall white young man trew money on my face on front of customers, and said here from my pocket don't ever show your face here. I was insulted and mistreated like is about money not about customer dignity. I trew money back on him and called 911, they came in not even 5 minutes. I didn't wanted to press charges on him, but I was insulted and wanted to teach him a lesson to treat customers with respect and good behavior. He is not good to work with customers. Please, nobody wants to be treated that way, we need to be treated with respect . Thank you for understanding.
