The few times I have had to go into the store to pay for gas or purchase water/ice the cashiers always go so fast that they don't allow you enough time to enter your phone# for your rewards.... I ALWAYS have to ask if I can enter my rewards information and they have to back up their side of the system so I can enter it in. I realize that morning/lunch and evening rushes are a madhouse but slow down a little so every patron has a great experience. With saying that NEVER have they been rude or short with me... I just want them to be able to breathe a little when helping the line.
