Unfortunately today I had to contact corporate I was so disappointed + unfortunately today I just experienced the rudest person ever. Their name was Ash - they are a non binary individual with the foulest attitude and catty behavior. They are a traveling manager for quick trip and Customer service is definitely not their strong suit !!! I’m not sure how they are qualified to go store to store and represent this company. Orbelin the store manager is typically very nice , but today he showed his true colors. I don’t know if he was just frustrated from his car trouble that he expressed when he first came in or he just doesn’t know how to apologize and handle customer service issues… but sometimes just saying I’m sorry and let us correct this is enough. I’m only posting in hopes that quick trip franchise corrects these managers. They have employees that present leadership skills way above their their store leaders. If anything get rid of the manangment and promote the team !!!!

- DSDiamond StraubSep 17, 20251.0This place seems good I just moved to the area and it’s 2:00am and quick Trip is closed I have never seen a quick trip closed and there is no truck here at all dropping off inventory but the employee tonight told me it’s closed till 2:05 and I got here at 1:55 am while she is putting up products I’m waiting for 10 mins for them to “reopen “ like one employee couldn’t attend to me I’m so upset because I drove 10 mins away to wait ten mins to drive back ten mins I work late so this is very unfair especially when the nearby 7-Eleven‘s are closed as well …..Is this how all the Quik trips are here in Mesquite as a newcomer.
