  Took my Cadillac XT5 Premium Luxury/Pearl White to get diagnosed today have to wait until Monday or Tuesday to get answers. Will update as I am updated. I believe in this dealership as a certified GM facility with qualified technicians.

  I rate the dealership as fair because they had a good variety of cars. At the time I thought the salesman Mal was being honest about the condition of the car and having it fully inspected before I bought it. However, after leaving the lot, the air pressure light went on for the front right tire. Then we put air pressure in that tire and within 90 miles of the dealership the back tire blew out. Also, Dallas in finance told me it was required to have the tire repair plan, which added almost $2,000 to my financing. However, after speaking with my family attorney, this is not true. When I told him that, he said I have to call him back whenever I get an account number and he will remove it. Lies! Why was is required but now it can be removed? Clay Cooley Cadillac is not a recommendation for me.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Lone Star Cadillac. I purchased a vehicle from them and added GAP insurance. After paying off my loan and closing my account, the GAP insurance company issued a refund — but instead of sending it to me, they sent it to the dealership. Since then, the dealership has been extremely unprofessional. They refused to provide documentation, avoided clear answers, and claimed they sent the money to my bank — even though my bank confirmed the account was already closed and never received anything. When I contacted GM for help, I was told they could not assist. At this point, I feel my money has been taken with no accountability or transparency. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle here, be very careful and make sure you get everything in writing. I strongly advise customers to follow up closely on any refunds or add-ons like GAP insurance.
