  I had an outstanding experience at Clay Cooley Cadillac. The dealership provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Solomon Ehiogu, our sales consultant, was extremely professional and guided us smoothly through the entire process. He allowed us to look at several cars without any pressure and made sure we found exactly what we needed. His service was exceptional. Tyler Goins, the finance director, was also incredibly professional, charismatic, and helpful. He made the financing process easy to understand and provided great service as well. I highly recommend this dealership—they truly work with you and go above and beyond. I left very happy and satisfied, and I’m now driving my new Cadillac Lyriq, which I absolutely love. Thank you, Clay Cooley Cadillac, and a special thank you to Solomon and Tyler for making this happen for me!

  Jake is an awesome service technician. Jake is very communicative and explains all details every step. Doesn’t add unnecessary services. Jake is very knowledgeable about Cadillacs products.

  I called this place a month ago to schedule a time to drop off a vehicle we just purchased to be inspected along with a few cosmetic fixes/additions. I needed a loaner vehicle and they said they had a waiting list which was fine. They said the turnaround time was typically a week. When I heard nothing a week later I decided to call them to get an update. The person I got on the phone said they would need to see how much longer it would be and they would give me a call back. Well, it has now been a month and I have yet to get a call that a loaner is available and I can bring my vehicle in. I wanted to use this location because it was the most convenient one for me to use. Maybe this was a one-off situation, but I have no plans on using this location moving forward.

  We went to three dealerships — including Sewell Grapevine — and none of them would give us a fair trade-in value. I refused to end up upside down on a deal. A friend told me about his personal friend Iyke and his team at Clay Cooley in Mesquite, and within minutes of sharing my number, Iyke himself called me. No endless questions, no sales talk — just, “Come in, I’ll make sure you’re taken care of.” And he absolutely delivered. We were in and out within an hour. They got me an extended 100,000-mile warranty at a great price and even added wheel, exterior, and interior protection for less than what we paid on our last Cadillac. (Lesson learned — those extras are worth it! My last Escalade had a cracked windshield within six months, and the plan replaced it seamlessly. So yes, I got it again — this time, for less!) Our sales rep Ronnie was incredible. He walked us through every single feature and button — even ones I didn’t know existed on my first Escalade. He helped set up my app, register for rewards, and knew the tech like no one’s business. Ask for Ronnie — he’s the guy! Huge shoutout to Tyler in finance too — he called while I was on the way to finalize everything so we wouldn’t waste time once I arrived. When I got there, everything was printed, straightforward, and ready to sign — no surprise charges or upsells. Tyler had some great financing resources, but I did get a little lower interest rate being a continued customer of Texas Trust Credit Union so we didn’t end up using his peeps! They were close though. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more honest experience. And I’m beyond thankful to my friend for the connection — this one made all the difference!
