  Recently bought an Audi from this dealership and when I tell you find you somewhere else to go. My salesman was probably the best thing coming here. Hugo was understanding and eager to assist and finding me the right car. As far as management & how the whole process is set up save yourself the time headache and money and find you somewhere to go. Bought this Audi only had it one week and when I test drove the car I told my salesman hey the check engine light is on, he told his manager and they claim they sent it to service for repair. Car comes back no check engine light so I buys the car. Only for the very next day the damn thing came back on so I call Shawn & Eillie “ Shawn claims oh just drop it off and we will get it fixed and I can have it done same day” well that was a lie because I get the car back and the check engine light is back on again. I would strongly consider going else where it’s been a headache dealing with these folks and trying to get something repaired that was suppose to be done prior to purchasing

  Say everybody please come out to Legend Motorcars in Garland for your next vehicle whether it’s a Car, Truck , SUV … when you do arrive asked for the one in only JJ JONES, Mane this guy right here is the best there is when it comes to financing a vehicle yall. He got me back rolling like it wasn’t nothing… very quick in easy buying process that is. Also can’t leave the other staff members beyond either, wanna say thank you very much for ALL-you hard working folks. Keep up the good work. God Bless.

  JJ is the best Car salesman please if you go. Please go to him he get you in and out. This my second car from here I paid off the first one now on to the second one!! Great customer service very knowledgeable in make sure you are well taken care of from beginning to end.

  SELL LEMONS…. Purchased 2018 Hyundai Sonata once I drove off the lot the car immediately began stopping while and cutting off while in drive. I reached out to the GM and the Finance Manager to let them know I want to return the vehicle and get my refund. I was told I can’t get my money back but I can return it and it’ll be a voluntary repo. I took the vehicle to Auto zone and O Riley’s and got my own diagnostic test and both test came back with 54 codes and engine problems. I let the GM know and I was told that those are general codes it doesn’t mean that’s what’s actually wrong with the vehicle and that I would have to tow the vehicle to their facility and pay the tow fee plus a $100 diagnostic fee. I will also have to continue to make car payments while the vehicle is in service. I literally paid $2100 for this car and it’s not reliable at all. Purchase at your own risk I will seeking legal action as i was deceived by lies about the vehicle at the time of purchase. I will be uploading videos as well as email thread. Not only that I received a letter in the mail an Adverse Action Letter telling me I was denied for the vehicle shit not making no sense I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR THE VEHICLE.
