I arrived with my baby and needed a battery, and they gave me the wrong one.Last night I needed a light but the person in charge said it wasn't closed. It's a shame because it's our neighborhood store.

I didn’t ask him to test my fuses or anything, just to check the battery and maybe point me in the right direction and help me identify which type of fuse I needed so I didn’t waste anything. However, Nathan, was amazing. Great guy, super helpful. Checked my battery for me to make sure I was right and that it was a blown fuse and not my battery. Even did an exchange when I accidentally bought the wrong ones thanks to the manager being incompetent and a jerk. Would come back to this location as long as the manager wasn’t there

Personnel at Lavon store was cocky and arrogant. Of course because I'm female, I was treated like I didn't know what I needed. Specifically asked for what other store showed me I needed and I was asked all kinds of questions. Oh and I still put on my brake lights by myself, when the clerk at other store was more than helpful removing the burnt bulbs for me and explaining details for me to know. This store was not nearly as busy as the other store and still didn't take the incentive to help.
