I originally came in to the store on a day where he had a line out the door and I was needing to get my headlight replaced. The guy I originally asked said they couldn’t because they were too short staffed. I came back two days later and Josh not only remembered me, but offered me a discount on the service since I had to come back a different day. Even though it was dark out and the store was about to close in a few, he was enthusiastic about helping me and I definitely appreciated his help. Thank you Josh!

I was finally able to find out the man's name after about a week now and my wife told me to share this experience. On September 3rd my wife and I were headed to Autozone for some minor stuff. We noticed 2 guys walking across the street with a battery. Thought nothing of it. A few mintues later we saw a wreck across the street. I noticed 2 guys helping each other carry a old man from one of the cars, and saw one of them put cones out from the construction part to block traffic (kinda smart thinking). I didnt think about much at this point, until I saw 1 of them grab a box and a battery and walk across the street. I then saw the guy come out of the autozone we were at, and go the guy he helped, test some things in the parking lot. And I said hey was that you helping that old man? He said "yes I just helped that guy over there get to safety and out of the road, I was on my way back from helping THIS guy change his battery over there". Not only was he calm and collected, I told him he went way beyond the call of duty and that was nice of him. And he just smiled and said "Yes sir, its just another day to me". And then he said "Welcome to Autozone!". I was shocked as he laughed like it was just that simple. I provided a picture of that wreck. We would like to give a huge shoutout to Mr. Josh for going above and beyond his line of duty. I guess sometimes it is just "That Simple"!
