So my cash was no good. I’m pretty upset that a few seconds longer or a little more customer care and I’d have my light. Instead I will have to hold off on work because I cannot drive without a headlight.

He wasted my time and I just left without purchasing anything. I am never coming here again and I will be taking my business to O’Reilly.

- JWJohn WhaleNov 2, 20252.0I walked into the store to try and browse for a new oil filter, and I spoke to a nice gentleman I think Eduardo was his name we spoke for a good while and he helped me pick out an oil filter, however I do not think oil filters a relatively common part should take upwards of thirty minutes to retrieve. I could not help but notice he was on his phone as well. I also saw a cart full of items that could be restocked seeing someone physically able and idle I wonder if he could have seen to its proper placement.
