    If can I will given notnstars at all and the reason is the costumer service is terrible. I chen online for a item whick said the carri it and when I when to get it they said they dont so I ask if they can check in at other store but the guy said dont have a item # whick they dont need it because it was rain-× product...he just don want do anything

    I was there today around 4:30pm and got the worst customer service by the manager (not the Hispanic person, he was an African-American), I ordered online and got the wrong parts. When I went to returned the parts my return amount was much lees than what I paid online. The manager was so rude and say he cannot do anything about it since it was purchased online. He did not want to provided me any phone number where I can call. He even asked the other sales person not to help, when I was asking for parts number for correct parts number. He refused to give me his name. He said few times that "He does not like to repeat himself" but not sure what he means by that! I am going to contact the BBB and also the the head quarter about this incident.

    This location is very unorganized. I was denied a refund due to the packaging of an item I had bought. The price they up charge, you might as well spend your dollar with a company that backs their products! The manager there is worthless and knows none of the policies or how to solve in store issues. Take your business somewhere more solid and appreciated.

    This auto parts store happened to have exactly what I needed in stock, and even had the part ready once I arrived to the actual store to purchase it. Very nice gentleman at the counter.
