When I went to returned the parts my return amount was much lees than what I paid online. The manager was so rude and say he cannot do anything about it since it was purchased online. He did not want to provided me any phone number where I can call. He even asked the other sales person not to help, when I was asking for parts number for correct parts number. He refused to give me his name. He said few times that "He does not like to repeat himself" but not sure what he means by that! I am going to contact the BBB and also the the head quarter about this incident.

The price they up charge, you might as well spend your dollar with a company that backs their products! The manager there is worthless and knows none of the policies or how to solve in store issues. Take your business somewhere more solid and appreciated.
