  Fairly racist store to assume I speak Spanish walking in. Even after I said I don’t speak Spanish was treated poorly.

  One store was open til 11pm CT, and gave me the opportunity to purchase the part and complete the job stranded out in a parking lot. Finished was able to get to work the next day.

  deeply concerned with the store manager, enriques behavior. i had a deeply disturbing experience involving the store manager at this location. Because of ongoing legal matters, I can’t share full details publicly, but I strongly urge caution—especially for families with children. I no longer feel safe returning to this store and believe AutoZone should take a closer look at management at this location.

  experience at this AutoZone was the definition of zero customer service and zero hospitality. I ordered a car battery the day before around 4 PM for pickup. I assumed it would be ready later that day. No big deal if it wasn’t — things happen. So I waited until the next day around 1:30 PM and called the store to check on the order. They didn’t answer three separate calls, and when I tried again I was placed on hold. When someone finally picked up, I was told, “Oh yeah, your order has been ready.” I never received any “your order is ready” email or notification, which defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead. When I arrived at the store, the interaction didn’t get any better. The employee simply handed me the battery and said essentially “ok, you can take it.” No offer to help install it, no mention of tools, no explanation of whether installation was available, and honestly not even the basic courtesy you’d expect in a retail interaction. To be clear, I’m perfectly capable of installing a battery myself, and I don’t mind getting my hands dirty. But that’s not the point. Even a simple, “Hey, do you want help installing it?” or “We can install it for $20–$30 if you’d like” would have been basic customer service. Instead, the overall vibe was that the employee barely wanted to be there and helping customers felt like an inconvenience. Retail isn’t just about selling parts — it’s about basic communication and customer service, both of which were completely missing here.
