    Bad customer service including the manager she was rud and didn't honor the one year replacement on a head light that I purchased on November of 2025 i don't see how a business can have such bad management

    I recently visited an Advance Auto Parts location on First Street to return a part that did not fit my vehicle, with the receipt and the experience was extremely disappointing. I explained to the associate, Adrian, and the female assistant store manager that I no longer had the debit card used for the purchase. Despite this, they refused to issue a refund or offer any reasonable alternative, such as store credit or another solution. What made the situation worse was their unwillingness to help further—they also refused to provide me with a district manager’s contact information or any customer service channel where I could escalate my concern. As a customer, I understand that stores have policies, but there should always be a level of professionalism, flexibility, and willingness to assist. Instead, I was met with a lack of support and poor communication. It’s not surprising to see why Advance Auto Parts appears to be struggling in Texas. Customer service like this discourages people from returning. Empty stores and low customer traffic reflect the experience I had. I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving both service standards and accountability at the store level.

    Got an online deal. Made the payment with paypal, next day İ was there to pick up items, the lady in the front said İ have to go to commercial. Commercial guy said he can see it but it looks already processed. So they’ll search it and will give me a call. Nobody has called. Showed up there again, commercial guy said İ have to go the front, front guy said he needs barcode. İ said i have invoxe number order number screen shot for the order but no barcode send. He said he can’t find it without barcode (but they did 2 days ago) So when ask for any kind of solution; they said “call customer service” İ won’t call customer service because İ know there will be no solution. Last time İ’ve bought from Advance Auto Parts as a car dealer.
