- JGJaci Gehling2 days ago5.0I drove into Galveston on Friday night from Fort Worth. On the South side of Houston, my low tire pressure light came on. This car, a Honda Civic, is very sensitive to low tire pressure so I didn’t think it was anything serious. The tires looked fine upon inspection and it drove fine. But I had time on Saturday morning so I stopped in to NTB and explained the situation. They were happy to check my tires and did find a small nail in one tire but it was in a location that was repairable and they were already working on that by the time they let me know about the nail. I asked to go ahead and pay for the repair while I waited and they let me know there was no charge. They quickly repaired the hole and made sure all four tires were properly inflated so I could safely make it back to Fort Worth that weekend. They gave me peace of mind for my return trip, they were so kind, and I appreciated the fact that they did not charge me. I would not hesitate to visit NTB again!
