  I recently returned a rental from Hobby Airport in Galveston and had a great experience. The pickup was quick and easy, and the return process was extremely professional. I wasn’t in the best mood when I arrived, but Olivia’s warm greeting and genuine smile completely turned that around. I was worried I hadn’t purchased the fuel option, and she quickly reassured me and handled everything efficiently, making the return effortless. As someone who rents vehicles for business, this level of customer service makes a difference. Because of Olivia, I’ll be directing our future rentals to Enterprise. Excellent service and great vehicle selection — highly recommend! Thank you, Olivia!

  The line for reservations gives completely different information than when you arrive. I saw a waiting room full of upset customers including myself. They NEVER even mentioned a $300 deposit in my initial quote. They also won't work with you on returning a vehicle past 1:00pm even if it's 30 minutes. They wouldn't take the card I'd originally booked with. I was told I could leave my vehicle there. NOPE! They said I could park it next door in another business' parking lot and just hope it doesn't get towed. I had to drive home and Uber back. And then they hit me with the deposit and all kinds of additional fees never mentioned in the resvervation. This company is a joke, they aren't willing to help you with extenuating circumstances. and are completely unprofessional. Use another company if there's an option because this whole experience was a complete joke.

  Understaffed and upper level regional managers should be held accountable. Team on the ground delivered super human customer service, from the most ridiculous questions from renters, to much ambiguity and constant phone calls. They all deserve a raise or something beyond a pizza party. Too much volume coming in for the 4th largest port in the country.

  Olivia Alkire set me up and made sure I was comfortable with controls, car review (pics), and made me feel that I was not a bother. Her concern was ME! Once at my Cedar Park destination, I was offered a ride home! Mike (Galveston origin) called the next day to follow-up on my rental in a curious way. Again, appeared concerned about ME and MY experience with Enterprise.... This is unusual care in today's rental ruckuss market. Thank you to ALL!

  Port of Galveston rental agency is a long process on a Saturday AM once you get off your cruise ship and try to rent from Enterprise to enjoy a day or two in the Galveston area. Beware of LONG LINES, long waits, and employees who will try to upsell you every type of coverage under the sun! It’s the only rental car game in town, so choices are limited. So be patient! 3 stars out of 5.
