I typically get a vehicle that doesn't smell of smoke or animals, which I appreciate with my allergies. (No offense to fur babies). My only complaint is that a couple of times I have made a reservation and had to wait so long passed my time (because I was told cruisers get priority over me) that I had to just cancel because it caused me to miss appointments and wrecked other plans. Thankfully in the 14+ years I've done business with this Galveston location, that has only happened twice (recently). I hope it never happens again. Otherwise, this has been a terrific company with mostly great employees! I do recommend them.
