When we get into the rental they didnt accept my credit card because it has no numbers in the plastic. In my country all the new cards have no visible number in the plastic because we use the digital apps of the banks. They didnt accept cash either so it was impossible to pay even we have like 6 credit card options but neither of them with plastic numbers. So so bas service. Not recommend it
- JGJoel GeddisDec 29, 20251.0canadians beware , this company will not only hold a deposit in local currency , they will charge it as well , while others in the industry only hold then release it , not creating 2 transactions , this scheme will earn the company additional funds on exchange leaving you wondering why nothing adds up ( was not the charge promised in writing) , so buyer beware , a better option may be rentals at houston airport .

Had to pay $100 for a ride to Hobby Airport for a car. Family of 6 left stranded. Thanks Enterprise for the terrible service you gave my family.

Keith exchanged for a nice compact SUV that worked much better for our luggage. This was important as we had the car for 5 days for a flatly wedding in Houston. Galveston Enterprise is definitely the place to go before our after a cruise.
- SGSalvador GamboaDec 19, 20251.0Extremely disappointed with this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location (Galveston Tx). Upon arriving (got there 1 hr prior to my scheduled appointment) I was told I needed to wait, which I totally understood due to my reservation scheduled time (10am on Dec 18th). Upon waiting for 1 hr, I noticed a white Jeep Waggoner parked in front of their parking lot. The Jeep Waggoner was never moved and on exactly 10am , the manager, didnt get his name, came out and told me that he was going to help me speed up my process, by giving me this vehicle 😒. That vehicle was there since I got there, why make me wait?? To make matters worst, the vehicle was dirty, smelled bad, the CSR who checked me out didnt even do a walk thru with me, (jeep had a big dent on the rear passenger side) and to top it off, the jeep had over 60k miles in it (it was done on purpose since it was a "one way trip to Laredo). I highly dislike it when enterprise locations use their "highly valued customers " to get rid of high-milieage fleet" and dump them on other locations (keep in mind, this same location received a 2025 Expedition from me when I arrived to Galveston). Overall, horrible experience, customer service, and fleet expectations!! Zero stars for yall👎👎👎👎
