Dropped off the car a little after 1pm and I went in as employees where still working with customers. The staff inside told me to drop off the keys outside. Had I known what they'd do, I would have had insisted on handing them the keys instead. Got billed extra days (yes, days). I've been a loyal customer of Enterprise, but this experience really made me reconsider the rental options for my next trip.
