Unsure of what was going on and unfamiliar with the area, I went straight to AutoZone to have the battery checked. From the moment I walked in, the customer service manager was incredibly helpful. She promptly ran a diagnostic on my battery and confirmed it needed to be replaced. Since I was just visiting and didn’t know where to go for installation, I asked if she had a recommendation. Instead, she turned to one of the employees and asked if he was comfortable installing the battery and without hesitation, he kindly said yes. Within 20 minutes, the entire process from purchasing the battery to the installation was complete. While we waited, the manager even made sure my 10-year-old daughter was comfortable and brought her a chair to sit in. It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly made a difference during a stressful situation. Although replacing a battery isn’t cheap, the exceptional customer service made the experience feel far less burdensome. I'm so grateful for the employees who went above and beyond to help. It's also worth noting that the store was busy, but every team member was clearly working hard to assist customers with a positive attitude. This AutoZone location is truly top-notch. Thank you again for turning a tough day into a smooth one!
