- BDBRADY DAVIS3 days ago1.01 Star- Careless work and zero accountability I went to Quick Car in Gainesville on the 24th for an oil change. A few days later, I noticed oil leaking and found out the drain plug was not tightened properly. When I came back, they acted like it wasn’t a big deal and even told me my car could “run on 2 quarts of oil,” which is obviously not good for any engine. They eventually fixed it and offered a free oil change. When I returned for that free oil change, I drove about two hours down the road (I was traveling) and noticed oil leaking again—this time from the oil filter. I immediately called and was told to bring it back in. When I did, instead of taking responsibility, the employee asked if I had stopped somewhere and then tried to claim someone tampered with my oil filter. That is completely false. No one touched my car, and it’s pretty convenient that the leak happened right after their oil change. Two oil-related mistakes back to back and then trying to blame me or some imaginary third party is unacceptable. This could have caused serious engine damage. Mistakes happen, but refusing to own them is what really lost my trust. I will not be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values their vehicle.

They diagnose the problem and fixed it within a day. Daniel and Kara We’re great. Let us know what was going on the whole time. The rest of the crew was spectacular. Caring professional, and let us know every step of the way Everyone there was great!

Remember my husband today Daniel and I’m so sorry I don’t know the other gentleman’s name but he has worked there for as long as I have lived in town. Kara the manager remembers my first name. I know Daniel‘s name because I just called prior to pulling in. There’s also a new guy there. He’s super knowledgeable and very nice on the phone, but I don’t know his name either these guys all deserve a raise.
