  I went to the ganesville store on Thursday the 23 of April, let's hand that tires had to be ordered, and then they were coming from the.Mckinney , store and they would be there on friday the 24. Was called on Friday morning and told me that my tires missed the truck and that they would be here on Monday the 27 of April. I called the store Monday morning and was told that my tires wouldn't be here until Tuesday.The twenty eightI called the store Monday morning and was told that my tires wouldn't be here until Tuesday. The 28, seeing that you are a brand new store in the Gainesville, Texas area, you would think they would try to be helpful. So after 2 negative reviews online, the corporate office reach out to me an I call them too only be hung up on because they could not handle a negative response to the situation call back an they offer me the same discount they are offering online for being a new store $20.00 dollars discount. My biggest problem is they said the tires were comming from the mckinney texas store. From Gainesville Texas to McKinney TX. that's an hour an 20 mins away. No customer service skills no help with my disgust for the lack of help,an no real discount for their lack of integrity as a new company in the Gainesville Texas area!!!! Do not patronize this new store you will not be satisfied............ I called the 914 number,got hung up on because corporate could not handle a negative responses. Called back an got the same run around as I got on the store. They offered the same discount on the tires that you are offering online $20.00. You say on your website that you have the cheapest tires in town, but three other shops in town are offering tires for the exact same price that your company is, you lied to me as a new customer an then double talked me when I call corporate office . You don't care about me because your a company of 1400 stores nation wide an I'm just the little guy in a small town an my Purchase dose not hurt your bottom line. No customer service an no integrity as a company to make things right. Im a very dissatisfied customer an you didn't fix a thing.

  I needed my valve stem replaced and I saw that this place was new and highly rated. Despite me coming in really close to their closing time, both John and Jarrell were extremely nice and I got my valve stem replaced very fast. The place is nice and the lounge is excellent, I will be sure to come here again for any other tire problems

  They honor the services of veterans and are super friendly with exceptional prices. They found the issue with my tire in less than a minute and were able to tell me the cost before the service. They got in the service bay next, no waiting and gave me a very accurate wait time. Definitely 5 star service. Lobby and waiting room were spotless. I will definitely go back and would highly recommend to everyone.

  Found my new tire shop. The staff was cool and friendly. They hooked me up with a nice set of tires for my old jeep and they look good and the price was excellent. I have to say im impressed with Mavis. Thank you Jarrell and Jared and all the guys.

  John Hays and Jared Stapleton went above and beyond with their service today. I came in just to inquire about tires, and they immediately took care of me and made the entire process simple and stress-free. They didn’t just point me in a direction—they took the time to understand what I needed and helped me find options that fit my budget without any pressure. Their professionalism, honesty, and customer service were outstanding. I truly appreciate the experience and would highly recommend them to anyone.
