He was under staffed, incredibly busy, amazingly polite, and one of the hardest working people I’ve met in a while. If any complaints come in about him, please consider everything that he had to do, alone. I feel sure the complaints should actually be toward the situation Enterprise puts the Gainesville employees in by continually understaffing the only car rental place in Cooke Couhty. Aaron greeted all of us with a smile and an apology about the wait. He went outside to personally clean the cars for each customer because there was no detailer, and hadn’t been one for two weeks. He apologized to the customer who found French fries on the floor of the car after it had been “cleaned”. He did not make excuses, he just said “I’ll be right there sir”. He held conversations as he worked with customers who obviously come in quite often. He did not throw Enterprise under the bus for the delays. He mentioned looking for something less stressful but clearly made the best of the situation for our sake. He never made us customers feel rushed although he surely had a lot on his plate. It’s a shame that the Gainesville location will be losing such an asset. Decatur will be blessed to have such a good person working there when he changes locations. I hope that Enterprise knows what great employees they have and makes some changes to keep them and take care of them. I also hope that Enterprise considers its own value in Cooke Couhty and makes changes to keep the store a place we choose to use, rather than our only choice. Comments on Facebook talk about driving an hour away for better rental services. That’s not a result of your employees, that’s a result of mismanagement. Thank you, Brenda Clark
