- SPSriram Pudugramam4 days ago1.0Pulled in with an infiniti right behind me, lined up parallely in bays 1 and 2. I was in bay 2. Bay 1 cleared up and the infiniti moved ahead and very soon I moved ahead - now at the same waiting position as the Infiniti. Now when my bay cleared the manager John comes up says I need to make way for the Infiniti to get in despite the fact I was at Valvoline ahead of that car. God bless this customer service and Mr. John for asking me to swap saying its company policy. Valvoline, you may benefit from some customer service and how to treat customers fairly.
