I quickly restarted the engine and promptly pulled into Valvoline. I explained that I had all the necessary parts to fix myself, except for the correct size nut driver bit. I walked up to one of the attendants and asked if I could borrow the bit and change the coils myself. John told me not to worry about it and asked if he could just do the repair for me. He quickly got my car straightened out, topped off any necessary fluids, and even performed an oil check. His kindness and willingness to help a stranger and go the 2nd mile is something I truly value as a customer and needless to say, John and his team were excellent. I will definitely be returning for my future car needs.

After being sold the wrong part from a well known auto parts store and having an incomplete oil change from a well known super store, this Valvoline came to the rescue! I was just getting my inspection done and told them about my earlier experience. They filled my fluids and fixed the issue with right part so quickly! Thank you so much to John, Caleb, and I apologize for not remembering the other guys name, ya’ll are AMAZING!!! I will be going there for all my future car needs for sure.
