We came in to have our sway barlinks replaced, but the experience was extremely frustrating. On the first visit, the wrong size was ordered, and we only found out after waiting two hours. After being told our parts were in we returned, on arrival we were informed those were also the wrong parts. We waited another three hours, only to be told the parts they had received were incorrect a 3rd time. They ordered more, those parts but theywouldn'tbe in until the next day! When we asked for our money back we were told that the gm is the only person that can issue refunds and we would have to come back the next day for it! I am pissed. So no only did they waste 6 hours of our time, their policy is that the gm can only issue refunds. Nope never going back there again & y'all need to figure out a what better way for people to do get their money back for services that y'all did not complete.
Then when we called spike to tje GM for our money to be refunded we were told that the gm has to go to the regional manager.... then asked "how much are you looking to get back?" We want ALL of of money back NO WORK was done. That is a wild question to ask, your company did nothing for us.
Misrepresentation of services.
30 days to get my money back!
& No one responded when I emailed their responded comment NEVER using this company for anything again.

Invoice #34314329984 from 12-24-25
I brought my vehicle to Brake Plus South Hulen for brake service, including brake pad replacement and pad sensor replacement for a cost of $498.00.
When the vehicle was dropped off, the check engine light was OFF. After their service, the check engine light turned ON.
The shop closed early at 2:00 PM on Christmas Eve, so there was no opportunity for immediate follow-up.
When I returned Friday i bring my second car for oil change for $98.00 in morning, i stated the check engine problem to the same mechanic that check in my first car and instead of investigating the issue as a courtesy, they attempted to charge me $99 for a diagnostic and dismissed responsibility by stating that “brake service does not trigger a check engine light.”
While brakes themselves may not directly activate a check engine light, several things commonly involved in brake service can:
• Disconnecting or disturbing wheel speed / ABS wiring
• Damaging or improperly reconnecting sensor connectors
• Low voltage or battery interruption during service
• Triggering fault codes when the vehicle is moved or test-driven with a disturbed sensor
• Electronic systems detecting faults related to brake or stability components, which can illuminate the check engine light
Since I was not present during the service, I have no way of knowing what was touched beyond pad replacement. What I do know is that the car arrived with no warning lights and left with a check engine light on.
At minimum, I expected professional courtesy and a follow-up inspection to rule out any connection to their work. Instead, I was met with defensiveness and an attempt to charge me immediately.
I tried to get an understanding or get some kind of cooperation from the mechanic or the customer service specialist, but he remained in the same position of charging me $99 for the diagnostic when I just spent $500 the day before.
This is exactly how shops and franchises lose business, lose customers, and damage their reputation. There was no culture of customer service in the moment, no goodwill, and no effort to stand behind their work especially after a customer has just spent hundreds of dollars.
This reflects poor customer service, lack of accountability, and an unwillingness to stand behind their work. I will not return to this location and try the Crowley or white settlement location.

This has been my home shop for all my repairs for the last 4 years. Since the first time I brought my mustang 5.0 here for service, Nate and Dillon have made my experiences top notch. Dillon is the best mechanic ever, and Nate is extremely knowledgeable as well as transparent. I've had plenty of work done at other shops in my time, and you don't always get what you pay for.

I'm a first time customer here at this shop and I'll tell that they treated with kindness and respect. I spoke with Nathan and he took the time to explain everything needed and walked me through each step during the repair. This was a great experience and I will definitely come back for future repairs. Great shop with great staff. I highly recommend them!!
