    Service advisor Anthony lied! He said i knew that the labor costs would b the same no matter how many axles were replaced. That is a blatant lie. Y would i agree 2 pay double labor costs later on should i find the correct axel? U know this place isn't right. They mark up their parts just like a dealership does! The neighborhood garage is supposed 2 b easier on your wallet! The dealership is further out and cost alot more, but they do have perks such as a courtesy van, abilty 2 wash and fuel your automobile. The neighborhood garage lacks these perks but wants 2 screw ppl over on labor and parts?! I emailed breaks plus on their website yesterday evening. Around 24 hours later, I've heard nothing!

    I called Brakes Plus for an estimate on front and rear brakes, and Seth was on top of things from the start. He recommended bringing in my vehicle for an inspection first, and after checking everything, he called to let me know my brakes were still in great shape and didn’t need to be replaced yet. That kind of honesty goes a long way! Having just moved here, finding a trustworthy mechanic is essential, and I’m glad I found one. For anyone relocating or simply looking for an honest and reliable shop, Brakes Plus is a place you can trust.

    When I came in, the energy felt a little low and not very welcoming, but the inspection on my brakes and rotors was thorough. Anthony was knowledgeable and gave me both a high and low price option, which I appreciated. When I asked about another issue they found, he didn’t really give a clear price. Labor was higher than the parts, but that’s pretty common. I might come back for the rotors, but not for the brakes — prices were a bit high. My suggestion: be more welcoming and engaging, and keep giving honest estimates. It makes a big difference!

    On August 22, 2024, I had my rear pads and rotors replaced for $559. On December 14, 2024, I had my front pads and rotor replaced for $451. On April 28, 2025, I went back to them because my brakes were squeaking and I had brake dust all over my rims. I quoted $323 to resolve the issue. I had already paid $1,000.00 and they wanted more. I went back today and Seth initially quoted me $438 to resolve the issue. I disagreed with that amount and asked to speak with the Manager. Nate came on the line and said that he would get a quote and call me back. Seth called back and said Nate told him $1,200 for the repairs. I spoke with Nate and he had a very non caring attitude and said that’s the price. If you value your time and money, do not do business with this company.
