  I’ve been coming to Valvoline in Frisco on Main Street for about two years now for all my oil changes. I’ve also got the transmission service done on my car here as well. The staff are always very kind, friendly, and professional and work very fast and effectively. I love getting in and out so quickly. Always a great experience.

  These are the fastest, most efficient, kind, genuine people you can ever go to for an oil change. They are not pushy, they just work with you, ask you what you need, and treat you like an actual human being. Will be going here in the future! Thank you, Connie! You are amazing!

  I always forget that this is my favorite location until I visit and remember exactly why. Great service and team at this location. They were super informative and kind. Both times I went here I didn’t have to wait while the surrounding places had waits of 45 min+. Will definitely be back the next time I need a service!

  Took our car in for a basic oil chage, they didn't put the O ring on, it was leaking oil like crazy. We took it back in, they told us to take it to the dealership for an estimate of the repairs. They denied the claim and the location manager and Area manager ghosted us, refused to discuss the claim. Customer service has been no help. I've been a faithful client. Don't do it. Save yourself the hassle.

  I had such a great experience at this Valvoline location, and I especially want to recognize Connie and Juan. I came in last minute before a road trip, and they immediately took care of me and made sure my car was ready to go. They handled everything I needed efficiently and with so much professionalism. What really stood out to me was not just the work they did on my car, but how they treated every single guest. I watched their interactions, and they were consistently friendly, patient, and genuinely kind to everyone who came through. That kind of service is rare. It’s such a good feeling to find a place where you can trust people with your vehicle, and also trust that they truly care about what they’re doing. Connie and Juan went above and beyond, not because they had to, but because they genuinely care, and it shows. Highly recommend this team. Thank you again for taking such great care of me!
