I was at work at the time when the technician came to my house my mother had to be there who can barely get around and has to use a walker to get anywhere the reason my window shattered in the first place is because I have a goat that continues to get loose and jump on my car it started off with a little crack from a rock but him walking over it over time made the crack worse until he finally fell through it my mother calls me at work to tell me that the goat had gotten on top of the car while my technician was trying to put the new window in the technician with a wonderful attitude gets a hold of the goat gets it put back in the pen and locked back up to where he can't get out again they go to still in the pen today thanks to the efforts of the very kind technician he had such a wonderful attitude and putting for so much effort and did such a wonderful job he was on time he was polite put in extra effort like it was just part of the job I know that rounding up goats and getting them off of the car the top of the cars are not his daily routine but he acted as if it was just part of the job it is such a wonderful job I can't speak highly enough about this technician and Safelite they made it so easy it was effortlessly I made one phone call at the beginning to get everything lined up and then from there on I had to put no more effort in and it was such an easy effort and the pay over time making it affordable who's at the end of the payday I just gotten paid and I just barely any money left and they made it easy for me to be able to afford it in social I'm so happy with the service they provide and so lucky and thankful for the technician and effort that he put in I would use a flat every time I have issues from now on I think everybody should use Safelite

Tech was 4 hours late. Lied about why he didn’t show up when he stated he was in route. Wouldn’t answer my calls when I tried to contact him. He had a bad attitude just didn’t care.

Have always used them for windshield repair/replacement. Easy scheduling and payment. Really like that they can come to me. My time was 12-5 and they called to see if they could come around 10:30. I was ready and it only took about an hour so it was nice to get on with my day.

AVOID THIS LOCATION — I will not be using them again. There are far too many other businesses that can do the same job equal or better.
1. The front office is filthy. No sweeping, mopping, or basic cleaning. I was there at opening and again at closing, and the same dirt and mess were still there. That tells you everything.
2. The front desk experience was terrible. The receptionist came across as completely disengaged and unfriendly. It looks like she hates all living things. It’s like she’s rehearsing the receptionist position in monsters inc. Why would you hire someone so unapologetically disgusted at the world that she doesn’t like people. She should work for DMV or post office so people would know why she’s angry. On top of that, she asked me to leave a perfect review score, which was honestly shocking given the experience.
3. When I got my car back, there were streaks and leftover tape residue on the windshield. Not the end of the world, but after spending over $1,000, you expect attention to detail.
The manager was present and clearly aware of how customers were being treated, which explains the overall environment. Extremely disappointing.

Take photos before work is done. Safelite technician will not accept blame.
I purchased this vehicle new Mar 2022 and vehicle has less than 25k miles. The kids putting the new windshield in tried to tell me the windshield had been replaced before because they seen primer. It hasn't!. They claim there was a tear in the headladliner in the top right passenger side, broken clip on the inside camera cover and broken clip on the trim on passenger side. Which they didnt mention and I called and had them come back out. They glued it. Connor said he would talk to his manager. When they got back from the calibration drive, he noticed a piece on the ground he forgot to reinstall.
