  Huge shoutout to John and Jerry at NTB. They were incredibly helpful in walking me through the challenges of replacing my tire and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. What stood out most was their honesty and patience — they didn’t rush me or push anything, just focused on making sure I was comfortable with the decision. That level of customer service is rare. They turned a stressful situation into a really smooth experience. Appreciate you both!

  Jerry is an incredibly kind and trustworthy person who truly goes above and beyond to help others. He took the time to check my tire thoroughly without charging anything, which really shows his honesty and customer-first attitude.   On March 30th, I had a flat tire on the DNT, and I had the terrible experience of waiting on a tow truck for almost 3 hours. However, this NTB turned a bad experience into exceptional customer service once the tow truck finally was able to bring my vehicle to check to see if the tire could be salvaged. In past experience, anytime I've had anything wrong with a tire, I've always had been told that it needed to be replaced, and I fully expected it in this situation. I very surprised when they had repaired the tire, and had me back on the road in no time. I wanted to especially mention, Jerry, and his top notch customer service. The guys in the garage were very polite and helpful as well. All around a fantastic experience, and I plan on buying my next set of tires here. Thank you all.

  Jerry helped me when I came in with a nail in my tire and issues with my breaks. I was in and out of there in about 45 minutes. They were able to repair the tire without having to replace it and really saved my life with getting my breaks sorted. Jerry was super attentive and helpful. He had great customer service .. above and beyond...and sense of humor. I could tell that all the customers he worked with felt great with their experience too.

  I recently visited NTB-Frisco to have a tire repaired or replaced, since that was part of the warranty on my 2019 Ford Escape (55,000 miles) and was given a repair estimate from Jerry of $4,727 for suspension and brake work, including new struts, shocks, sway bar components, and full brake service. This raised concerns for me, so I took my vehicle to a second independent mechanic for a full inspection. I was told there are no issues with my suspension or brakes at this time, and no repairs were needed. This is not a small discrepancy or difference in opinion — this is a serious overestimation that could have cost me thousands of dollars if I hadn’t questioned it. I want to share this experience so others can make informed decisions. If you’re ever presented with a large repair estimate—especially for major components like struts and shocks—please consider getting a second opinion before approving the work. As a woman, I think it’s especially important to speak up about situations like this. Everyone deserves transparent, honest assessments when it comes to vehicle safety and repair costs. I encourage NTB to ensure their inspections and recommendations are accurate and clearly explained to customers. Trust is critical in this industry and NTB has lost my trust. I have a full warranty in the event that I do need work, but I will not be using NTB. Always ask questions, request measurements or proof, and don’t hesitate to verify with another shop.
