  Kurt and his manager Jaden went above and beyond extremely kind and very informative. I was having a pretty bad day and they gave me back some faith in humanity. The shop was extremely clean and well organized. Will definitely be coming back for My car needs

  Oil change plus free car wash. Was impressed with the young man at the oil change area. The car wash guy was rude like he was upset i got a free car wash lol 😆 all in all it was a good experience and nice clean place.

  Had a great experience at Grease Monkey. I came in with a specific situation, and the team took the time to really understand what I needed instead of rushing through it. Kurt was especially helpful — he not only explained everything clearly but also showed me how to replace some basic filter parts myself, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who actually teaches you instead of just doing the job and sending you off.

  Terrible service as I was there over an hour! I asked the service advisor if he had the filter and the oil, and he responded yes, without even checking.! I firmly believe the employees are not trained properly nor have they been trained to be customer service oriented..! They couldn’t even reset the “oil change needed light”..! Pathetic business operation!

  This is under new management. Previous owner did not employ this tactic. That is why the have a good reviews. When I asked about price for oil change they said $87. But charged additional $27.50 and a $3.99 "shop supply fee. I feel they should be up front with their pricing. My prices went from $87 to $115. I feel this is deceptive.
