Unlike many chains, this shop provides consistent, phenomenal customer service every single visit. Also anytime I have needed servicing on my vehicle they have been incredibly knowledgeable & the turn around is always quick! They have top-tier technical support and offer honest pricing that beats most places in the Frisco/Plano area. As a female customer, I especially appreciate that they never try to ‘nickel and dime’ me. Phenomenal respect and appreciation for this team! Highly recommend for any service or repair needs.

I took my daughter's truck to Firestone and they quoted ~$9k and said her turbos needed to be replaced. Took it here and it was a ~$900 bill. After they gave me the quote, I told them what Firestone said and they said "yeah, we looked at the turbos and they're fine. That's not the issue.". They were right too because what they fixed corrected the issue - HONESTY! I have since returned for a starter replacement on my daughter's truck and a list of items that my son's truck needed. They've been great to work with! Super friendly, fast service, HONEST, and great pricing! This place is a gem!
