  Recently rented jeep wagoneer everything was smooth i didn't remember the lady name she did fantastic job andKudo's to her. The car was excellent we enjoyed our ride and trip.

  I have had the worst experience with this location. I rented a car 2025 Mazda on March 17th and the insurance company is responsible to pay for my rental. Enterprise talked me into adding protection for $24.99 which I accepted. They took $200 as a down payment and told me that they will take money from here for the amount of days I rent the car while my car is in the shop getting fixed. I returned the rental car on March 25th. Total of 8 days. Enterprise ended up taking an additional $116.70 from my account. From my calculations 8 days of rental can not be $316.70 even if they added taxes. I wanted an explanation or receipt they told me their system charged me a different price and needed a managers approval to change it. It has been 12 days and manager still has not approved to give me back my refund. I personally drove back and spoke to staff and they are still waiting for Manager to fix it. I have called their office so many times. They keep picking up the phone and hanging up. Do not go to this location they are horrible!

  I had an incredible experience here! Dwayne and Marcus were absolute pros and made the entire process seamless. The customer service is truly fantastic and completely different from any other experience I've had renting a car.

  They are non-reliable partner in your vacation plan. They don’t honor confirmed booking , don’t make any effort in finding vehicle from other store and totally not dependable. Will give ZERO star if review allows it. Response to Michelle: Thanks for your reply. If you try a little and reachout to this specific enterprise center’s reservation list , you will find my reservation by me. All details are available with that reservation , if you care to dig into this.
