- MOMiranda Family OfficeMar 24, 20261.0Will never use enterprise again, we book a 15 passenger van weeks in advance, when we got there they said “we don’t have any van left, so there is nothing we can do”, the employees are running around lost and unfriendly, everyone customer there was frustrated snd they too had issues with rentals. We had to scramble that day to find another van.

I must tell you that the enterprise team I dealt with was simply the best when it comes to professional behavior, customer-centricity and timely processes. The car was neat and well-maintained. During the return they offered to pick up the car from a car dealer premise where I had to leave the rental car as I took a new car from this dealer. Excellent co-operation, super understanding of situation and very agile, humble workforce, professional service and excellent cars - That's to me Enterprise Rent-A-Car! My all-time recommendation for rental cars to my near and dear ones will be ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR!!! That's it! Case rested! :)

The customers on the phone are just as important as the ones in the lobby. Take turns. Multi task. ONE HOUR. 5 calls. And they just say “hold” and don’t give you a chance to speak. So I will be retuning my 30 day rental that I need for two more months and go to Avis. This is ridiculous.
