- PVPrasad Vakkalagadda3 days ago3.0visited Tom Thumb Express yesterday after checking the hours on Google, which showed the store was open until 11:00 PM. There was also an “Open, please come in” sign displayed around 10:45 PM, but the store was already closed. I chose the Express location expecting a quick visit, but ended up purchasing my item from the Tom Thumb next to it instead. kindly request that the store hours on Google be updated accurately and that the open/close signage be corrected if the store closes earlier than listed. This would help avoid confusion for customers.
- KDKaren DilworthDec 10, 20251.0I visited the Tom Thumb Express on Wednesday, December 10th at 8:15 to get gas … I wanted to make a purchase in the store, but when I tried to go inside, the doors were locked. There was a note on the door saying ‘back in 15 minutes.’ I understand the employee may have needed a restroom break, so I ran an errand & when I stopped back by at 8:33, the doors were still locked. See attached photos. Again, I understand the possible need for the employee to take a break, but perhaps the employee could include a specific time on the note so customers have an idea when the doors will reopen. Ordinarily I am a patient person & a short wait would not be a problem … however I was in a hurry to get home to care for an elderly parent & needed the convenience of picking up an item at the express rather than have to go into the grocery store … Just a suggestion for future customers who are in a hurry …
