  I was fully taken advantage of with Joe the owner, and mechanic. My 2011 Hyundai Sonata would not start at the gas station. The lights went-on, but it just made a clicking sound. Thinking it may be the starter. I had to get it towed. I had it sent to Solution's Automotive in Frisco. Joe called me the next day, and said ma’am your car is very sick. He said it will be around $900. I said well I’m better off trading it in for a new car, so please just do the minimum so I can take it to a dealership. He was kind to give me the name of someone he knew. He said well you definitely need a new battery. I said okay what’s that like $200 buck? Okay go ahead and do what needs to be done so I can drive it. He said sure, it will get you through the holidays before you need a new one. The bill came to $687.14 for a battery, oil change, and diagnostic's. That is complete fraud. First what why would you do an oil change when you told me my car had no oil in it, and I had an oil leak? Then he puts an over $300 battery in the car knowing I was going to trade my car in. This to me is so wrong. I didn’t look at the receipt / what was actually done until the next day and I was it total shock. I received a text asking how I liked my service. I wrote back that I felt I was taken advantage of. Joe called me a few days later. He was not very kind. Asked what I would like for him to do. I said I would like a partial refund. He said ABSOLUTELY NOT! What he said… this is what I can do for you…. Go buy another battery, bring it here and I will take out the battery that we put in and replace it with the cheaper one that you will buy. Seriously?? He wants me to drive around town with my “sick car” to make things right?? This dealership does not care about people. I’m not saying don’t go there, but just be very cautious. I have never written a bad review, I always try to find something positive, but I have been sick to my stomach with this, and I feel it’s my responsibility to let people know my experience.
