They calibrated the safety equipment and we were on our way in about 2 hours. A couple of days later we noticed what looked like a hand smear between the layers of glass. Billie had a gentleman look at the defect and she scheduled us an appointment for January 16th. James found a defect on the replacement windshield and had someone go pick up another windshield. Ken had our van prepared for the new windshield, when the windshield arrived he got it installed and they calibrated the safety equipment. We were on our way in about 2 hours and 45 minutes. A big thank you to James, Ken and Billie for the excellent service. I would highly recommend this Safelite location.
