Received emails and texts about my appointment up to 9am the day of letting me know I had an appointment and someone would be there between 12-5. That’s a ridiculous window #1. So I wait. And wait. And wait until 5p. Nobody shows. No communication that something had changed with my appointment. Call the 800 number and guess what, they close at 5. You had one shot and you blew it. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Had to wait 1+45 for it to show up. Then, 3 miles down the road after repair, windshield had a 9” crack in it! Took it back and also noticed the top of the gasket was installed crooked. Now have to wait another week to get it replaced.
- RNR NOct 29, 20251.0I cannot believe how badly the ball was dropped on my visit, I originally had my appointment for 8 am on the 18th to which I was early, I was given the timeframe of 2 hours which is fair, after 2 hours I came back to check on the status and AS I WAS WALKING UP I was being called to be told that they did not in fact have my windshield and one would need to be picked up from the warehouse and would be ready at 5 pm, I figured fine, I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and work with it, I get another call at 4:25 “the windshield never came in, please pick up your car” I’m sorry, what? That’s the attitude you have when YOU messed up? I picked my car up after wasting a whole day, was told it would be rescheduled for the following Saturday, and was done at the actual expected time, I was fine with leaving it alone EXCEPT I WAS DOUBLE CHARGED and was brushed off when it was brought to their attention, I have no idea how it is possible to find yet another thing to mess up, at least the windshield was installed well, I will NEVER use Safelite again in my life and I hope they fail as a company
