  First, and only time I tried this versus my usual place off Rd 423. Not impressed with the actual car wash which uses hard brushes or the additional paid cleaning package for my 4Runner. I had been on some dirt roads (not mud) but the dirt was still clearly on undercarriage, tires, mud-flaps, back door ledge, bugs juice on front and seats not wiped down. When you can see this immediately as you walk to your car you know they don’t really care.

  Liked this car wash - have courteous staff and detailing station. The car gets washed properly with having reasonable pricing. The vacuum station is located near after car washing and offer variety of self service drying station. The suction power of the vacuum is not that powerful. Overall clean and reliable cat wash.

  Unresponsive, Unethical, and Zero Accountability On September 25, 2025, this car wash caused visible damage to my car due to a clear malfunction in their equipment. Their staff documented the damage, took multiple photos, and completed an incident report on the spot—fully acknowledging the issue. And then? Absolute silence. No phone call. No email. No follow-up. No apology. Not even a basic acknowledgment after two written notices. I have given this business every opportunity to do the right thing, and they have completely ignored me. I am now giving the company until December 1 to contact me and resolve this matter. If I continue to be ignored, I will have no choice but to escalate with: •   My insurance carrier •   Texas consumer protection agencies •   Local news outlets (WFAA, FOX4, NBC5, CBS11, Telemundo, Univision) •   Public consumer-platform reporting Customers should be aware: If their equipment damages your vehicle—even with photos and a written incident report—they will not respond, take responsibility, or make it right. Proceed at your own risk.

  I’ve been coming here for about 2–3 years and never had any issues with the regular washes, so I decided to try their full detailing service. Unfortunately, it was a pretty disappointing experience. My dashboard was completely clean when I dropped the car off, but when I got it back, it had large smudges and streaks all over it almost like wax or greasy residue. I mentioned it to the manager, and he did try to fix it with some polish, which helped for a day or two, but the marks came right back. Now my dashboard looks worse than before, and nothing I do removes these stains. I paid nearly $200 expecting my car to look better, not damaged. I’m really frustrated because I trusted this place for years. I hope they take this seriously and improve their detailing process so other customers don’t have the same experience.
