They shift manager Tyler had on multiple occasions sold to me and my husband without Identification. We are 34 and 37. A few nights ago he became extremely rude and refused to sell to my husband. When I went in his exact words were that your husband came in not you I would have sold to you without Identification. Today I went in and Tyler the shift manager again allowed another employee to sell me tobacco without Identification! I asked him why it was okay this time to not ask for identification but refused last time. He stated that he can choose when he ids people whether he knows you to be of age or not. I find it horrible that this is how racetrac allows this shift leader to behave to people who spend 30 to 60 dollars a day in their stores. They have so many employees that are just amazing and friendly. I'm sick of walking into this store and having to worry about the shift supervisors attitude. If this isnt addressed with us and resolved we will move to another company for all our fuel and purchases. We own a construction company and we spend too much money to be treated this way by an employee who cares so little about racetracks customers.
