  I have used NTB in Frisco for most of my care care needs this last year. The technicians are always forthcoming and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain any work that needs to be done and get it done in a timely and cost efficient manner. Great team!

  NTB Frisco was a great experience they take care of you like family. Shout out to Jerry at NTB Frisco he did a wonderful jo of explaining everything with no pressure.

  I called one evening and spoke with Jerry regarding my check engine light. He told me to bring my car in and he will check it out without charging me for the diagnostic. His customer service over the phone was impeccable. Jerry stated that if it was some type of engine work or transmission work which they did not do at the shop he could get it all written up and guide me in the right direction which I really appreciate it. The next day I drove into the shop Jerry got me checked once my car was diagnosed. I let him know that I had an extended warranty on the car. At that point Troy took over and called the warranty company they were being a bit difficult and said that they would only cover one thing which was the alternator everything else would be on me. Troy was great in understanding the expense which was close to $7,000. He worked with me and gave me multiple discounts to bring the price down by a considerable amount of money. This is pretty much unheard of at any shop you walk into for car repairs. I greatly appreciate it the service that both Troy and Jerry provided to me from start to finish. I highly recommend this particular shop to anyone to have their car serviced. I am so appreciative of them.

  I have called NTB to ask if I needed an appointment for wheel alignment and Jerry was the person who asked me to bring the car and we will take care of it right away. As I arrived to NTB he was nice enough to get me in and out in a very professional manner. Jerry is above and beyond of everything that he says. I would recommend everyone to get in touch with him for any services you need.

  Had a nail in my tire and stopped by NTB for help. Jerry took care of it quickly and professionally. He was friendly, honest, and explained everything clearly. The repair was done fast, and I was back on the road with zero hassle. Really appreciate Jerry’s great customer service—this kind of experience is why I’ll come back to NTB. Highly recommend!
