    I left after an oil change and inspection, shortly after there was a loud sound, intermittent coming from under the hood at 25-30 miles and up. I brought it back and there was not much of an urgency to get it resolved, just put at the back of the line. Also, I was never informed they were going to upgrade and change my oil filter.

    Nyon was very professional and offered a few services to me although I just need a filter change. He told all the how organized and fast and professional they are I’ll be coming back to see them in the next 3 months

    Very respectful young men, tell you what they’re gonna do an estimated time they’ll be done, if they take longer they’ll let you know. Came for an oil change this time and they were fast paced and very nice, Ryan helped me and made sure I had a good experience!

    Today I stopped into Kwil Kar and the service was amazing! Super fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and informative. Definitely will come back for further services and will recommend to anyone in the Frisco area! *Not to mention they are straight forward and didn't intimidate me as a woman or try to up sale me! Im truly great full for their customer service.

    I stopped by Kwik Kar Oil Change and Auto Care just to check the price of an oil change, and the experience ended up being great. Nyron took the time to explain all the benefits that come with the oil change and clearly showed me that my oil filter wasn’t in good condition. Then Ryan came over and explained that the oil needed to be flushed since it was completely out, and that removing the waste from the engine was necessary. They also checked and topped off other fluids and fixed the air pressure as needed. The whole team was very helpful, quick, and clearly experienced with cars. Most importantly, they were very customer-friendly and honest. Big thanks to Nyron and Ryan for the excellent service — definitely a 5-star experience!
