    Good service, good prices. Issue I’ve had most times with this shop is that things nearly always take longer than they say. Last time was told 1.5-2 hrs. I left just a bit over 4 hrs later. They kindly discounted my service without me asking, which is why I left at 4 stars vs lower.

    I called the store before driving there to ensure they offered price match (Wal Mart) since they had the tires I needed in stock. The employee said as long as the price listed was sold by Wal Mart and not a 3rd party it would be no problem. When I arrived I provided the price from Wal Mart, showing sold by them, and after a few minutes of him speaking to his manager, he said they couldnt do it. This is even though they have this sign displayed in their lobby when you walk in.

    I scheduled an appointment for a tire rotation and was told it would take about an hour. Unfortunately, my car wasn’t pulled in until after an hour of waiting, and the service took another hour to complete. The delay was disappointing, especially with a scheduled appointment. I hope the team improves scheduling and timeliness going forward.
