Not a good experience. I was quoted $70 for a hand wash after being asked what I paid “last time,” even though it was my first visit. When I questioned whether pricing was fixed, the price suddenly dropped to $65. The pricing felt inconsistent and unprofessional, and they did not wash my car well.

Do not go here if you value your safety. Just Tires performed work that did not meet basic automotive safety standards. My lug nuts were significantly over-torqued, which resulted in warped brake rotors and stripped wheel studs. This is not normal wear and tear it is improper installation. I am a mechanic and regularly service my own vehicles, so I was able to diagnose the cause and replace the damaged rotors and studs myself. (-300$ from my wallet) A typical customer would not realize what happened until they experienced vibration, stud failure, or a wheel literally falling off their car while driving. Correct torque procedure is a fundamental requirement in automotive service. Excessive torque can damage components and compromise wheel retention, creating a serious safety concern if left unaddressed. This location appears to rely on impact tools without proper final torque verification. That practice should not occur in a professional environment. Corporate leadership should review this location’s procedures, require retraining, and enforce proper torque standards to prevent this from happening to other customers. I would strongly encourage anyone using this shop to verify torque after service, and I urge corporate management to take this issue seriously.

My family and I have been using Just Tires for years, but definitely had not an ideal experience last visit. I was the first person in the shop at 8AM on a Saturday to get my tires rotated and balanced, oil change, and alignment. I also had a sensor that needed replaced, but wasn’t crucial. I was presented with the price to change the sensor, and I said maybe not today, then immediately was hit with well we can do a Black Friday price on it (Black Friday was last week) so right there is unethical. If you knew that from the jump, why didn’t you offer me, who has spent thousands with you that price to begin with. Very shady. My “in” time was 8:04AM and my “out” time wasn’t until 11:36AM. At approximately 10:30 I asked how much longer could I expect it to be and was told 15-20min max. Try an hour more. Once the car was done, no apology about time or anything. I saw a previous commenter say they received a discount for the mismanagement of time, but that was never offered (not that I want that) - Just felt like honesty went out the window and place was just “how much can we make off this person” with no customer service like it had been in the past.

Good service, good prices. Issue I’ve had most times with this shop is that things nearly always take longer than they say. Last time was told 1.5-2 hrs. I left just a bit over 4 hrs later. They kindly discounted my service without me asking, which is why I left at 4 stars vs lower.
