But on Christmas Eve, I found myself with the dreaded dash board lights on! When I just wanted to run out for pregnancy snacks — the truck definitely had other plans! From the very start, the entire team was kind, patient, and reassuring they would figure out what was wrong! It took so much stress off of me! They took the time to clearly explain that when we had the brakes done at a different shop, the truck’s tire and wheel bearing had been assembled incorrectly. The entire shop had honest information and felt me feel well informed and safe with the vehicle being fixed! Which left me feeling reassured that my husbands truck would be fixed and safe for him to drive. What truly went above and beyond was their willingness to help with transportation. They gave me a ride home from the shop and then picked me back up once the truck was ready. which meant so much to me, especially on Christmas Eve! I loved the front desk girl too! She was so friendly and kind!! Finding a trustworthy shop isn’t ever easy, but I am so grateful I found Frisco Automotive when I did. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a shop!!

I came in with a potential car issue, and instead of immediately charging me the $199 diagnostic fee, Jack listened carefully to what I described and was upfront about what he thought the problem was. Given the circumstances, he didn’t charge me for the diagnostic and clearly explained everything. I really appreciate his honesty and transparency—it’s refreshing to see a shop owner prioritize integrity like that. Highly recommend!
