Not only did they fix an ongoing issue that others couldn't figure out, they fixed 2 other smaller issues that I just hadn't had time to get to and did not over charge. They offered me a ride home. They needed to recode my key fobs and instead of asking me to bring my 2nd fob to them, they came to me and picked it up! Highly recommend.

But on Christmas Eve, I found myself with the dreaded dash board lights on! When I just wanted to run out for pregnancy snacks — the truck definitely had other plans! From the very start, the entire team was kind, patient, and reassuring they would figure out what was wrong! It took so much stress off of me! They took the time to clearly explain that when we had the brakes done at a different shop, the truck’s tire and wheel bearing had been assembled incorrectly. The entire shop had honest information and felt me feel well informed and safe with the vehicle being fixed! Which left me feeling reassured that my husbands truck would be fixed and safe for him to drive. What truly went above and beyond was their willingness to help with transportation. They gave me a ride home from the shop and then picked me back up once the truck was ready. which meant so much to me, especially on Christmas Eve! I loved the front desk girl too! She was so friendly and kind!! Finding a trustworthy shop isn’t ever easy, but I am so grateful I found Frisco Automotive when I did. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a shop!!
