They took my reservation including a pick up at a body shop. They never called or showed up. I called and they told me they only had a more expensive car and would not honor the price on my reservation. These guys cannot be relied on.

On January 21, I made an advanced reservation for Friday, February 13. The reservation was for a Dodge Durango or similar.
As the Pick Up data approached, I received an offer to upgrade to a premium version of that category, which I did.
A day or two prior to pick up I moved the pick up time two hours earlier to 12 noon.
When I arrived at noon to pick up the vehicle, they said the only car they had available was a Chevy equinox or some minivan.
I explained to them that neither of these vehicles would suit the purposes I needed for the weekend in comfort, capacity, or performance. It was Valentine’s Day weekend and we had specific plans transporting close friends.
I asked the agent to look around the other Enterprise locations and find me an appropriate model. He said nothing was available. I said I would wait for him to find something suitable. He said there was nothing available and nothing he could do and asked me if I wanted the Chevy equinox or not.
I called a couple of other rental agencies in the area and they had nothing available in what I was looking for.
I made this reservation over three weeks in advance of the travel date.
There’s absolutely no acceptable reason why they did not make sure an appropriate vehicle was available.
I had to take the car, which was an extremely uncomfortable vehicle for myself and my passengers.
When I returned the car, I expressed my concerns and the female agent (location manager?) argued with me about how the Pick Up went. She wasn’t even part of the conversations I had with the agent.
Terrible experience
Can’t understand why Enterprise could not provide me with a vehicle I reserved well in advance or at least a reasonable similar option.

My insurance company created a reservation for me at this Enterprise location following an accident. When I called the branch to confirm pickup details, the experience was very frustrating and unprofessional.
The representative who answered the phone was not helpful at all. When I asked about vehicle availability and why my reservation was accepted if there were no cars available, she was dismissive and ended up hanging up on me mid-conversation.
If vehicles are not available, reservations should not be accepted in the first place. And even if there is a shortage, basic customer service and professionalism should still be maintained — especially when customers are already dealing with the stress of an accident.
Very disappointed with the lack of communication and courtesy. I hope management addresses both the availability issues and the customer service standards at this branch.
I suggest everyone to choose some other place, if you want good service

Jay was awesome. Ill do business with Enterprise again because he had great customer service. Management was awesome also. I had a great car.
I was very impressed. My car died in the middle of the road and I had to figure out how I would get around and they called Enterprise first thing. They found me a car. I had it within an hour. The rates were great. The car was perfect, and they even upgraded me because I was having such a bad day. I dealt with a guy named Andru who was wonderful and I will definitely use them again. Their location is great. The car had all these cool bells and whistles so if I went to move over without my blinker, the car really stopped me lol I think I need one of those permanently now they’re only floor but I won’t use it against them. Is that at one point I had a call on call and call and call but it’s because they’re so busy and they’re so busy because their cars are nice. Their rates are good and their people are good so they only said yes and I have is get a voicemail but other than that they’re five star all the way.
