- JJJKSep 15, 20251.0I've been renting from Enterprise for almost 2 decades. This location, at least 6 times. Not sure if they have new ownership but their business tactics are about as shady as they get. Rented a vehicle in October of last year, returned it, it was inspected, cleared, and I was given the receipt. They asked me to fill out a survey about my experience almost every other day for 2 weeks, then I never heard another peep. Fast forward to June of this year, I received a letter saying I caused damage to the vehicle and if I don't pay they are sending me to a collections agency?? If they had proof that I caused any damage to the car why wouldn't you have notified me right away or at least 1 or 2 or 3 or even 4 weeks later to discuss it? You would have known by then if it was an issue I specifically caused. I never received a phone call, or email, just a letter in the mail over 6 months later. How unethical is that. Buyer beware! If it can happen to a long time loyal customer, anyone is at risk to be blamed for something that can't be proven. They are not to be trusted.
