After leaving the Hertz Frisco location dejected as they didn’t have a vehicle (after booking months in advance) I had a godshot at Enterprise. Not only were they able to accommodate me same day, they were INCREDIBLY thoughtful, kind, and empathetic to my needs. I will say, Hertz lost a lifetime customer and Enterprise just gained one, thanks to the staff and team at Enterprise Frisco! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays . The check-in process was super simple, the car was very clean and worked out great, and the checkout process matched the whole experience with being easy and Professional. My experience was quite frustrating because we don’t drive a large car but we drive a car that strategically fits 3 car seats. Since many cars don’t getting a car in the class being offered that fit all three seats. That’s where Kade comes in, in the midst of my frustration he was patient, helpful and solution oriented. There were many things about our car getting hit and the rental car situation that were going wrong and he helped to get us into something that would fit our family and have the flexibility with drivers that we needed on the insurance side. Kade treated Enterprise like his name was on the door of the business. He went above and beyond to turn my experience around. 10 stars for Kade. 4 for enterprise as there are some process items that should be improved.
