The enterprise staff members listened to each of the customers patiently and helped them to get the cars needed. I needed a 4 wheel drive car and they provided me with an upgraded 2025 Jeep. Flight was delayed, showed up at 4pm with a 2:30 reservation and was told no and was asked to get out of the line. Makes no sense. Horrible customer service.
- BSBob SidesDec 11, 20252.0Scheduling the rental and reserving it online was simple. What I did not expect was a $300 deposit being over 60 years old and have been a full customer of enterprise. I didn’t think I needed to put on a deposit especially putting it on a credit card. However, upon pick up, I was told that no it has to be a $300 deposit. Now the issue is getting my $300 deposit it returned. They gave me a temporary credit whenever I returned the vehicle however that expired 12 hours after they gave the temporary credit and I haven’t heard anything further from enterprise so y’all need to step it up or is your business that bad given the competition that’s out there? You just burned a good customer.
