  I’ve been on hold today over an hour. I’ve tried calling multiple times. Employees don’t know how to multi task. The customers on the phone are just as important as the ones in the lobby. Take turns. Multi task. ONE HOUR. 5 calls. And they just say “hold” and don’t give you a chance to speak. So I will be retuning my 30 day rental that I need for two more months and go to Avis. This is ridiculous.

  My experience at this particular enterprise outlet was beyond good. The entire staff was so polite and patient, specially Kade Gillespie. Would definitely recommend this to others and I will personally only choose this outlet for booking my rentals in future.

  We rented a jeep wrangler to visit the Big Bend. I had called them up in advance to ensure my vehicle has been planned for and to avoid any delays at the last minute. The folks here were really helpful. Not only did they answer all my questions but did make the entire process really smooth. As for returning the car, i availed their off hours check in process and dropped of my keys. The entire rental process was hassle free.

  Kade Gillespie and Canaan Threlfall were exceptional throughout our rental experience. Their customer service was professional, friendly, and efficient. They made the entire process smooth and provided us with a great car that met our needs perfectly. Highly recommend this Enterprise location!

  I had the worst experience with this place and will never rent from enterprise again. I needed a car with hand controls and I reserved it for a specific day but had recently had surgery and was still on pain pills and decided to call and reschedule my pick up for this past Monday. Well we get there and the guy Kaden or something said they'd already sent my car back to the airport. I showed him my email confirmation that I had changed the pick up and he said I was lying. He told me they didn't have it in their system and there was nothing they could do for me. I was livid and made him call a manager and he then told the manager that I doctored my email somehow to show that I was picking up the car today. He should have apologized profusely for the error and asked how they could fix it. Instead he was rude and condescending and didn't offer any solutions. He said it was his first week on the job, well dude, you don't belong in customer service. He was accusatory and unprofessional and I will never use this location or any enterprise rental again. When I finally did get the car it's a piece of total crap. It doesn't even have automatic seat adjusters and for someone with a disability this is a must. The car is probably 20 years old and I will only be driving it if I have to because it is so awful. Just a horrible experience all around!
