  Highly recommend this shop! Professional and honest. Joseph L who assisted me was especially great. Communication about my car was thorough and they even ordered a Lyft for me to get home. Service was great and I appreciate the discount codes found on their website 👍.

  These guys a great! They got to my truck immediately and the GM Tierney was informative, answered all my questions, gave me a very fair price. Jerry was the one that did the work on my truck and he knows his stuff! I’ve been to Brakes plus before but this particular location went above and beyond with their customer service. I will be using them from now on.

  Took out 2019 Jeep because they offer wheel alignment check,/front end suspension check.the two young guys that took care of my jeep were Andre and Joseph both did a fantastic job of explaining the proper repairs needed and which ones the jeep dealership said my jeep needs. NONE of the repairs the jeep dealer listed on their list were ACTUALLY needed.so they took care of what was the problem on the tires and was relieved it wasn't something expensive or major.my family and myself were previously advised about this location and the great HONEST service they do.i was not disappointed and will recommend this location to anyone and everyone thank you Andre and Joseph.please keep up the honest service.dan m

  Updated 12/19/25: Dishonest & Crooks Brakes plus offered me a store credit for the below trouble for their mistake. I recently went in for another set of rotors and break pads on both axels. This location told me I needed a new suspension system or they would not honor the limited lifetime warranty on the break pads that were put on in 2023. (A $200 credit) I had a bad feeling from this location from the below incident, so I went to another Breaks Plus location and not once did a suspension system come up as a recommendation to complete. I spoke with the regional manager and told me that the $200 warranty should have been honored and that a new suspension has nothing to do with a warranty on break pads. My suspension system has 50,000 miles on it and is top of the line. My $250 store credit turned into a $3,700 bill. Stay far away from this store! Go around the corner to Drivers Edge and their priced are very competitive to Brakes Plus. Drivers Edge did the break and rotor job and said nothing was wrong with the suspension. DISHONEST AND CROOKS! Original Post 1/15/2023: I went to the Frisco location off of Legacy for a grinding noise coming from the front end. I had 4-5mm left on the brake pads and brake pads were replaced. Picked up the truck and grinding was still present. I was told the brake pads needed 20-30 miles to get set into place. Grinding was still present after 50 miles so I took the truck back in to get looked at. I drove with a mechanic who instantly said this was not a break issue. I spoke with Erik and he told me there was a miscommunication on their part between mechanics. Be very leery of the Frisco location, they are not honest with you up-front. I give them credit, they did try to see what was wrong with the vehicle, but they ultimately could not find what was wrong. If they were honest from the beginning this review would be better.
