  I’m leaving this review to document a very disappointing experience at this Brakes Plus location involving my dad’s brake system. We brought his car in on 11/10 for front brake pads and a front sensor replacement. The day before service, his brake system was working perfectly and showed 16% remaining on the rear pads (see attached photo). Immediately after the front brake service, the car displayed a “Service Brake Pad Monitor” warning for the rear brakes (attached photo). This issue did not exist before the visit. We returned the next day (11/11) and were told the rear sensor suddenly needed replacement. We paid the $35.71 just to get the car safely back on the road, even though the removed rear sensor wasn’t burned or damaged (photos attached). The rear pads and sensors were still functional the day before. I tried resolving this professionally with management. The general manager, Tierney, was dismissive on the phone and suggested nothing would change. She told me to email her with photos, which I did on 11/12, but I never received any response (screenshot attached). I waited a full week before leaving this review. The combination of: an issue appearing immediately after their service, paying for a sensor that was functioning the day before, and being completely ignored after providing documentation, has really damaged my trust in this location. I genuinely hope corporate reviews what happened here, because customers deserve transparency and follow-through — especially when a new problem appears right after work was performed.

  I’ve been coming to Brakes Plus on Warren and Legacy for few years now. Each time they thoroughly explain services needed and prioritize them for future services needed. Prices are reasonable and the staff are always friendly. I see lots of the same staff when I come, which is a good sign. I’m thankful to have a place to depend on close to home.

  Great experience! Andre worked on my car to replace my brake pads for front and rear. Much reasonable pricing compared to other places! Very friendly customer service, and a quick turnover on getting the car fixed. I highly recommend to anyone!

  I go out of my way to bring all of our vehicles to the Brakes Plus on Warren Parkway because they are truly exceptional. Tierny is amazing — she’s passionate about her job, professional, friendly, and always honest. Don is equally fantastic, and together they make every visit such a positive experience. The technicians are also wonderful — friendly, skilled, and meticulous in their work. They always take great care of our cars and do an outstanding job every single time. We have four vehicles, including two BMW M850i’s and a Corvette C8 Z06, and we never hesitate to bring them here. We know without a doubt we’ll get top-notch service, fair pricing, and genuine care for both us and our cars. This team is a rare find — trustworthy, knowledgeable, and simply the best!

  Brakes Plus and their employees all put time and effort into assessing the issue and all possible solutions (at different cost thresholds!) for us, the consumer. I was incredibly satisfied with my experience, with Andre leading the charge, but props to the team all-around. My Audi was diagnosed, parts were received, and everything was set up within 24 hours. Thank you guys and gals!
