    I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time at Autozone today courtesy of Jennifer. Came down this morning to start my day only to find out my car battery was dead. Had no way to jump start as it was parked in the garage and I have very limited tools to remove/replace the battery myself. Called AZ and spoke with Jennifer and she offered to come to my house with my new battery and installed it herself. She’s a very friendly person and there’s probably not many if any places that would have done what she did for me today. Thank you again Jennifer. I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

    I was trying to replace my light bulb, but kept getting in correct one. the bulb i took out did not match the one i had in my hand. The store manager came out and showd me the difference. I kept pulling out the high one and not the low one. She even help put in the bulb, and even returned the one I had already opened and out of package. Thank you so much.

    Wish I could leave 0 stars Horrible and rude service. We were not asking for handouts just picking up parts that were already paid for and ordered for a mechanic we work with. We are a commercial account spending $2,000+ weekly, and parts can be picked up at any location with the account number. This location could not complete our order over the phone, or should I say in especially she was incompetent to place an order and simply do her job forcing us to have another AutoZone place the order. When the mechanic arrived, he was told “I don’t have time to speak Spanish” and “You didn’t order it here, go elsewhere.” That behavior is unacceptable. No one should be belittled for how they look or the language they speak, especially in customer service. Speaking another language is an asset, not an inconvenience. Very disappointing experience. It is not rocket science to listen to an account number & give parts that were ordered. If you speak any other language than English I recommend you take your business elsewhere as you will not be welcomed at this location
