  This has been my go to place for the maintenance on Mazda CX9 since I purchased it. Laing and the crew always keep me updated on what is going on with my car and what maintenance is coming up. They always give me great service at a fair price. Highly recommended.

  Great customer service. From Laing. I stopped in to have my tire pressure checked and have some decals put on my wheels. They were very busy but stopped what they were doing to tend to my minor needs , did not charge me and provided me with a great reference for body work. I have had nothing but positive experiences with service done there and will continue to use them for any of my automotive needs.

  I was regular customer for this location by the time by time service has been unsatisfied last time I went for oil and engine belt change while doing tyre rotation they broke stud nuts and if u need to fix this u need pay money so I need to for that around 200 dollars after already broke stud and I said I don't have money so they said we can't change the belt so I only did oil change and breakflude and second day after I talked to manager he said u don't need to pay for stud repair but when I went to store to repair lug nuts and engine belt they change belt and without touching they said u need to change wheelhub and quote me around 700 . I went to others store and change lug nut only not needed anything what kind of service is this I don't understand so I decide I am not go back again.

  Booked a last minute appointment for an oil change the evening before and arrived to my 8 AM reservation well received and quickly taken care of by the service advisor present - Laing. Building was clean, staff all very friendly and I received great communication on the status of my vehicle along with all questions answered and a quote for any repairs needed in the near future. Would recommend this location to anyone - safe, friendly, quick, and efficient service. Thank you! :)

  I had to drive three different places until I got to the Brakes Plus off of Warren and Legacy. I needed a place that had ground ramps for alignment due to my car sitting low to the ground. I called Joseph Laing Thursday morning to come in and did an alignment check. Called on Friday afternoon to see if they can take me in and took me in within half hour and was out within hour and a half. He was extremely professional and was quick in helping me out. He told me about my outer tie rod which I am getting fixed myself and will come back in a week to re-check my alignment after it's repaired. Thank you Joseph for your help.
