  I’m not one to normally write a review, but today was truly a breath of fresh air. Tay and Dean were so helpful and explained in detail the whole process of fixing my car. After dropping my car off at 8am, I got my front brakes and both front axles replaced and picked my car up by 11:30. Very fast and very affordable. I couldn’t thank them enough.

  Cameron and Keleigh I had a really good experience with them they give me the best discount for my break job, oil change and alignment for the car highly recommended.

  Have used them in the past for brakes but had a daughter have a run in with a curb that bent the wheel arm and the strut. Got them replaced. Well. Something just wasn't right. The strut wasn't taking the shock anymore. They days to give it a few weeks and then come back. I ended up calling corporate and got in touch with Josh the regional manager and asked what the best location was and he still had me come back to the same place. They replaced the part and tightened everything tight. Don't know exactly what was wrong but they were committed to doing the work over and that fixed the problem. Maybe a mad part. In either case they persisted and got the car back to normal.

  Extremely poor service and complete disregard for customers. I was told a 45-minute wait for a brake inspection, but it took far longer with no communication or accountability. I clearly informed the staff that my kids were tired and requested faster service, yet they showed zero urgency or concern. What was most frustrating was seeing staff casually laughing and chatting while we were waiting, even though it was obvious my kids were uncomfortable and repeatedly asking to leave. Customer time and basic empathy were completely ignored. After giving the quote, they said the car would be brought up shortly—again, a long and unnecessary delay. When the car finally came, no one handed over the keys. When I followed up, a staff member incorrectly claimed the keys were already given. Only after further waiting did they finally locate and hand them over. To make matters worse, another customer also came in during this time complaining about poor service, which clearly shows this isn’t a one-off issue. I ultimately decided not to proceed with the brake service immediately, and I’m glad I didn’t. I booked appointment for next week but definitely not going. Based on this experience, the positive reviews are highly questionable and do not reflect the reality. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I am not sure about for existing customers but please consider if any new customers are visiting there.

  Scheduled an appointment online for 4pm to have my brakes inspected. Assumed that was what I needed, but obviously wanted a quote first to see how much it would be. I had chosen Brakes Plus based on the positive reviews online. Arrived about 4:05pm and checked in, gave my info and keys to the lady at the front counter. Told her I would wait in the store. About 4:50 she comes to me and wanted to know what vehicle was mine, I told her. She stated she had an issue and they were short staffed so they wouldn’t be able to inspect my brakes or give me a quote today. Offered me a $40 off for my next visit. Did not offer to reschedule or any other goodwill. Why offer appointments online if you aren’t going to keep them? Why not just tell me when I arrived that you can’t fit me in today instead of having me wait 45 minutes for nothing? Why not offer to reschedule? Why offer me a $40 off coupon that I can already get from your website? I accepted the coupon thinking it was going to be a coupon, but no just her handwritten coupon and name. First time to try this place and I won’t be back. I scheduled this appointment days in advance so someone could have looked at the schedule and reached out. I was hoping this was going to be a decent place but if you want your time to be valued, this isn’t the place.
