  I recently had my rear rotors and brake pads replaced here, and I’m really glad I chose them. The team was very professional. The price was competitive compared to others, but honestly, the level of service was above and beyond. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality work!

  Ali are Andre very professional, they helped me diagnose the issue in my car and allowed me to shop for quotes and when I came back, they were able to honor their quotes and assist me. I am very happy with the customer service here at brakes plus.

  I had this shop replace my brakes, and they did a good job, but there’s a guy named Ali that is a total jerk! He tries to overcharge you, then gets an attitude when you call him out. Aaron is a good kid, but has to do as Ali says. I just got a quote for shocks and Ali specifically had Aaron overprice the estimate so I wouldn’t come back. No problem. I won’t be back, but I’m warning everyone else. They do a decent job, but will overcharge you and treat you like crap. Go elsewhere!

  Will always choose a Brakes Plus and they haven’t disappointed! Just started coming to this location, fantastic costumer service, took care of my vehicle and gave friendly updates and also worked with me to get a full understanding of my vehicles needs and timeline without throwing in random stuff to bump up the price. Honored my teacher discount and also helped lower the price with what they could. Would highly recommend to anyone needing an all around car mechanic. I worked directly with Aaron but other staff at this location were awesome as well!

  I’m updating my review from 5 stars to 2 stars based on my recent experiences. My first visit to Brakes Plus (Vineyard location) was genuinely great. The team was friendly, transparent, and the service was done efficiently. I could see why they have so many positive reviews—though it did feel like reviews were being encouraged with incentives. My next two visits initially seemed smooth as well. However, during one visit, I was strongly advised to proceed with additional repairs that I later found were not actually necessary. That raised some concerns about being upsold. What made things more concerning was what happened afterward. I went ahead and completed the recommended repairs, but the same issue came back again on my third visit. This made me question whether the repairs suggested were truly needed in the first place—especially since I had the vehicle checked just a few days prior to servicing and did not have those issues flagged. While the staff is polite and the service process itself is efficient, this experience has affected my trust. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any additional repairs. DO NOT LEAVE your car without knowing the repairs.
