The cashier here was very helpful—she sold me the item they had and placed a pickup order for the other item at the location I had just left. I was already stressed dealing with car issues and the experience at the other store, but she was very accommodating and made the process much easier. Thank you to this store for the great customer service.

Needed very specific brake parts to fix my parent’s vehicle and a team of the staff worked together to locate everything I needed and make it easy to pick up at one location rather than having to make multiple trips. - NNnoorMar 10, 20265.0MAX IS A LIFESAVER oh my god our car just died in the middle of a freak storm and the amazing employees at this autozone went above and beyond helping us replace our battery. they got soaked and nearly electrocuted i’ve never been more grateful i feel so terrible for the timing. MAX WAS AMAZING he deserves the worlds biggest raise i can’t even express my gratitude thank you so much edit: i went back the next day to get the terminal changed and jose and ahmed were so incredibly helpful this has to be the best autozone in frisco thank you guys again
